Dr John Williams studies, teaches and conducts research in the fields of marketing research, statistics and consumer psychology at the Department of Marketing.
He is leading Energy Cultures workstream 1.1 (Data Mining).
This workstream is about re-analysing existing data sets relating to all the Energy Cultures 2 domains (transport, households, business) in order to find which of our research questions are able to be answered with existing data, and to identify knowledge gaps that need to be addressed by our own primary research.
John hopes that the findings from this study will be of use to the Energy Cultures team in order to focus their own research.
In his spare time, John is also a keen tramper, rock-climber, skier, mountaineer and scuba diver.
